Role Overview
The
TA Executive
will manage
end-to-end recruitment cycles
for mid-senior and frontline roles across Operations, Sales, HR, F&B, Customer Support, and Cluster teams. This role is ideal for someone who is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and excellent at stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to
understand role requirements
and hiring timelines.
Source candidates via
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, campus drives, and social hiring
.
Maintain candidate pipelines and manage
applicant tracking spreadsheets
.
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates & panelists.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and pre-joining engagement.
Maintain hiring MIS and weekly dashboards for management.
Support
employer branding
, posting JDs, and social hiring initiatives.
Ensure
fast turnaround time (TAT)
for all open positions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of strong experience in recruitment (operations & volume hiring preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
Ability to handle 15-30 open positions at once with speed & accuracy.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
