We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Executive
to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience managing multiple hires.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for non-IT roles (sales, operations, supply chain, accounts, admin, etc.).
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through
Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Employee Referrals
, etc.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring status reports.
Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential talent.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-2 years of experience in Non-IT hiring
(preferably in building material, manufacturing, or similar industries).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and tools.
