Role & responsibilities



Responsible for sourcing & screening of the candidates using job portals Understand role requirements & preparing JD`s accordingly Scheduling interviews with interview panelists & checking feedback from them in order to refine the sourcing strategy. Build strategy for campus hiring though building relationship with college TPO and initiating campus drive as per business requirement. Must have hands on experience in making recruitment MIS on hiring matrix- cost per hire, time to hire etc.

Only male candidates are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,265.33 per month

Work Location: In person
