Manage the complete recruitment cycle -- from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with internal teams and hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles (especially sales, CRM, site roles)
Handle job postings and employer branding across platforms
Ensure timely documentation and smooth onboarding process
Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment dashboards
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies (if needed)
Qualifications
------------------
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Admin, or relevant field)
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (real estate or high-volume hiring preferred)
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Zimyo, Keka, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple open positions with urgency
Strong understanding of real estate roles is a plus
