Conducting F2F and Virtual Interviews for multiple Tech Profiles.
Preparation of are per the Hiring requirement.
Coordination with the internal Team for Interview process.
Evaluating applicant qualifications and recommending suitable candidates
Working closely with department heads and supervisors in hiring new employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Good experience in recruiting.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
