We are hiring Domestic IT Recruiters with experience in direct client hiring and core technical recruitment. Candidates with strong exposure to C2H hiring, client interaction, and Boolean sourcing are encouraged to attend the walk-in interview.

Key Responsibilities End-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment for direct clients
Handle Client Interaction: requirement understanding, feedback & closures
Work on Contract to Hire (C2H) and permanent hiring
Source profiles using Boolean search techniques
Use job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
Screen candidates and coordinate technical interviews
Manage candidate pipeline and updates in ATS
Ensure timely follow-ups till offer rollout and joining
