Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing:

Finding candidates for various school positions (teachers, counsellors, admin, IT) through job boards, referrals, and industry networks.

Recruitment Management:

Overseeing the entire hiring cycle, from creating job descriptions and screening applicants to managing offers.

Strategy & Planning:

Developing recruitment strategies, especially for bulk hiring needs, and staying updated on education HR trends.

Liaison:

Working with hiring managers to define needs and connecting with potential candidates.

Requirements

Education:

Master's in HR, Management.

Experience:

Strong 3+ years of experience in recruitment, placement, or corporate relations, sometimes specifically in bulk hiring or the education sector.

Skills:

Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
