Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.
Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
