Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across multiple departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process aligned with company growth needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing ? screening ? interviews ? offer rollout).

Use job portals, social media, and referrals to attract high-quality candidates.

Conduct HR screenings to assess communication, culture fit, and suitability.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely follow-ups.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS/CRM hygiene.

Support employer branding initiatives, hiring events, and walk-in drives.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Skills & Requirements

1-3 years of experience in recruitment (EdTech/Study Abroad/Sales hiring preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Internshala, etc.).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

High ownership, attention to detail, and professionalism.
