Key Responsibilities:



Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Post job openings on various platforms and manage responses.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure timely closure of positions and smooth joining formalities.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or MBA/PGDM in HR.

4-7 years of experience in HR Recruiter

Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation end to end.

Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.

Excellent skills in MS Office

Communication Skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
