You will play a key role in strengthening our hiring process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and selection.
Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Use ATS/CRM tools to manage candidate information and recruitment workflow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Execute recruitment campaigns for bulk hiring or niche roles as required.
Track weekly/monthly recruitment metrics and generate reports.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (BPO/IT/Non-IT preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Familiarity with HR tools, ATS/CRM systems, and MS Office.
