The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to meet client or internal hiring needs. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with clients, negotiating offers, and ensuring seamless on-boarding. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, and expertise in identifying top-tier talent for diverse positions.
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
Apply advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, social recruiting) to identify niche candidates.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring business needs.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage recruitment end-to-end: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and placement.
Conduct preliminary telephonic/video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview scheduling with clients or hiring managers.
3. Client & Hiring Manager Coordination
Understand job descriptions, required competencies, and project expectations.
Share shortlisted profiles with clients and provide timely follow-ups.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Candidate Management & Engagement
Maintain transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience, reducing dropouts and offer back-outs.
Guide candidates through interview preparation and on-boarding processes.
5. Offer Management & On-boarding
Handle salary negotiations, notice period discussions, and counteroffer handling.
Coordinate offer release and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Track joining status and ensure successful on-boarding.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain updated candidate records and recruitment dashboards.
Track metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline status, etc.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients and management.
7. Market Insights
Monitor industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape.
Suggest improvements to recruitment strategies using market intelligence.
