Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic
HR Executive
to handle
end-to-end recruitment
and HR operations for both
technical and non-technical roles
. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Handle both
technical
(developers, data engineers, AI specialists, etc.) and
non-technical
(marketing, sales, HR, operations) hiring.
Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support HR operations such as employee engagement, performance tracking, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT or startup environments).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn recruiting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
