Source and enroll eligible candidates based on company requirements
Establish and maintain tie-ups with medical coding companies for requirements and corporate training
Guide students on resume enhancement and interview readiness
Should maintain all TA documents properly ( Soft and Hard copy)
Coordinate placement activities with healthcare companies, including job drives and company visits
Maintain candidate data and ensure regular follow-ups for the next stages
Participate in career fairs, webinars, and promotional activities
Should handle with seminars and Placement sessions for development.
