Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hiring strategies, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements

Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms

Source candidates through databases, social media, and professional networks

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams

Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics

Manage offer letters, background checks, and onboarding processes

Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

0-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
