Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for assigned positions (IT / Non-IT as applicable)
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and prepare
job descriptions
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain and update
candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process
Support
offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
Meet hiring targets and
TAT requirements
Maintain recruitment data and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-4 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong knowledge of
recruitment life cycle
Hands-on experience with
job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Basic knowledge of
HR operations and compliance
is a plus
Proficient in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred Skills
Experience in
IT hiring
(developers, testers, cloud, DevOps, etc.)
Familiarity with
ATS tools
Campus hiring or lateral hiring exposure
