The Talent Acquisition Executive is in charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies. Roles and Responsibilities:



Collaborate with the HR Head and department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Write clear, compelling, and inclusive job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates aligned with the company culture

Post job openings across the most effective platforms and channels to ensure speed, reach, and relevance

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding

Proactively source and engage with passive talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events

Conduct structured interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide actionable hiring recommendations

Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions

Preferred candidate profile

: Master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Required Skills:



Minimum 2+ experience in related field.

Experience in technical recruitment is a strong advantage

Comfortable managing both high-volume and strategic hiring across technical and non-technical roles

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other recruitment platforms

Proven ability to hire at speed while maintaining high standards of quality and cultural fit

Skilled at building relationships, comfortable with outreach and cold calls, and genuinely passionate about matching the right talent with the right role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other digital recruitment tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
