Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
Create and post job descriptions across job boards and social platforms.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and candidate databases.
Build strong relationships with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
Conduct reference checks and assist in onboarding processes.
Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and campus drives.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Provide recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership
