Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company career page).
Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person) to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Manage recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience (1-3 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
