Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for the organization. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs and job requirements for open positions. Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and business objectives. Prepare detailed job descriptions and job specifications for each open position.

Sourcing and Screening Candidates

: Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements. Shortlist candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers.

Interview Coordination

: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct first-round interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the role. Communicate interview outcomes and next steps to candidates in a timely manner.

Candidate Experience

: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring process and provide feedback where necessary.

Offer Management

: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine compensation and offer details. Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with company guidelines. Oversee the offer process and ensure that all documentation is completed accurately.

Talent Pipeline Building

: Continuously build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Keep track of passive candidates and engage them for potential future roles.

HRMS & Data Management

: Maintain and update candidate records in the HR management system (HRMS) or applicant tracking system (ATS). Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports on the status of open positions.

Market Research & Employer Branding

: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Support the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Promote the company as an employer of choice through online and offline channels.

Compliance & Documentation

: Ensure that recruitment processes adhere to labor laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion guidelines. Maintain a complete and accurate recruitment documentation trail for auditing purposes.

Pay: ?15,086.00 - ?38,173.61 per month
