Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports
Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination
Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Basic Excel and documentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
