Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced and driven

Talent Acquisition Executive

to manage end-to-end hiring for Zouk's growing network of offline retail stores across India. The focus of this role is

bulk recruitment of frontline retail staff

, including Sales Associates, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume hiring within the lifestyle, fashion, or consumer retail industry.

Key Responsibilities



Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline roles in retail stores (Sales Staff, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, etc.) Plan and execute bulk hiring drives across key cities through job portals, local agencies, and walk-in campaigns Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail candidates for upcoming and existing stores Work closely with the retail leadership team to forecast and fulfill manpower needs Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned with Zouk's values and customer-centric culture Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new hires Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) Establish partnerships with hiring vendors, colleges, and skill centers for talent supply Maintain and update internal recruitment dashboards and databases regularly

Candidate Requirements



2-4 years of relevant experience in

retail hiring

for lifestyle, fashion, footwear, or consumer-facing brands Strong experience in

bulk and high-volume recruitment

, including walk-ins and hiring events Understanding of

store operations

, frontline employee profiles, and customer-focused hiring Proficient in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), agency networks, and referral programs Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable with

occasional travel

to store locations for interviews, drives, or job fairs Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
