We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive for a remote position within Agodly Infotech LLP. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, the primary focus will be on sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talented professionals to join our global network. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from any location, necessitating a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to succeed.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Must have experience with Contract Hiring.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sourcing and other platforms such as Naukri, Expertia, etc.
  • Ability to understand technical job requirements and screen resumes accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools such as LinkedIn to source potential candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain professional networks for sourcing talent.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to conduct interviews and assessments effectively.
  • Capable of working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screening candidates' resumes and job applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinating and managing communication with potential candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Building a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill future positions as they arise.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve the hiring process.
