Ensure timely availability of profiles for open positions
3. Hiring Coordination
Schedule interviews and assessments
Coordinate between candidates, interviewers and HR team
Ensure smooth interview experience
4. Offer & Onboarding Support
Share offer details with selected candidates
Support documentation, background verification and joining formalities
Ensure candidate joining and reduce offer dropouts
5. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
Share regular hiring status and updates
Address hiring-related queries and concerns
6. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Share daily, weekly and monthly hiring MIS
Track time-to-hire and hiring efficiency
7. Employer Branding Support
Support job postings and employer branding activities
Ensure professional communication with candidates
Represent company culture positively
8. Process & Compliance
Follow recruitment policies and HR guidelines
Maintain candidate data confidentiality
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
9. Vendor & Consultant Coordination
Coordinate with external recruiters and consultants if required
Track vendor performance and hiring quality
10. Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps in hiring process and suggest improvements
Stay updated with hiring trends and sourcing techniques
