Roles & Responsibilities:

Source candidates using job portals Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure Maintain candidate data, interview status, and recruitment trackers Ensure timely hiring and positive candidate experience

Qualifications:

Graduation / Post Graduation / Specialization in HR

(minimum 70% in academics)

Experience: 6 months - 1 year in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Strong communication and coordination skills
