The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, market awareness, and the ability to identify and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure timely interview scheduling and feedback.
Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth closure of offers.
Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment reports, databases, and track metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter (agency or in-house).
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred).
