In this role, you will lead the end-to-end hiring process for a diverse portfolio of roles--including licensed sales agents, leasing consultants, property and asset managers, development professionals, and high-end client service staff. You will play a key role in building talent pipelines that reflect our company's reputation for excellence and discretion in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers across business units--commercial leasing, residential sales, luxury real estate services, property management, and corporate--to define hiring needs.
Source top-tier talent for licensed real estate roles (residential and commercial agents, brokers), luxury service positions (concierge, client relations), and operational roles (property managers, analysts, and leasing specialists).
Build strategic sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, referrals, and local licensing bodies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a premium candidate experience aligned with our brand.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices, with a focus on equitable sourcing across all markets and property types.
Partner with marketing to develop employer branding campaigns tailored to high-end, client-facing real estate professionals.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with real estate licensing laws and employment regulations in relevant states or regions.
Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare hiring metrics and performance dashboards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 4-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the
real estate industry
, with exposure to
luxury or commercial property hiring
.
Strong understanding of real estate roles, and organizational structures in
residential, commercial, and luxury markets
.
Experience recruiting licensed professionals (e.g., real estate agents, brokers), client-facing staff, and operational roles.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to assess both cultural and professional fit.
Proficiency in recruitment systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and industry-specific job boards.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced, relationship-driven industry.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
