Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to contribute to end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, etc.) across multiple business units.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define sourcing strategies, and ensure timely hiring.
  • Source candidates through various channels: job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate and manage technical interviews and follow up with interview panels and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment dashboards with accurate data.
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding transition.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on IT market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive process improvements and assist in mentoring junior recruiters when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Taleo, or similar).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred skills:
  • Experience hiring for product-based or global IT companies.
  • Understanding of emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
