The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, statutory compliance, and supporting overall people management processes. This role is ideal for candidates who want to kick-start their career in Human Resources and grow with hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Filling ESIC.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
Support training, engagement, and HR initiatives
Ensure timely reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
6 Months -1 Years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
Knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF & ESIC processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems
Strong organizational and coordination skills
