Key Responsibilities
Manage complete recruitment cycle for various internal roles
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and follow-up records
Draft and post job descriptions across hiring platforms
Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Communicate with potential trainees and explain available training programs
Conduct counseling (telephonic & in-person) for training enrollments
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, counseling, or student enrollment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Familiarity with hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Good organizational and follow-up abilities
