Role & Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future roles.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Leverage social media, job portals, and networks to attract high-quality candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Experience & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the media or creative industry.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preference for local candidates for ease of commuting and local hiring requirements.
