Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing entry-level and junior candidates for technical roles Collaborate with team members to identify hiring needs and strategies Utilize various recruitment channels to attract potential candidates Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability Assist in maintaining the candidate database and ensuring data accuracy Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media platforms Support in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings as required Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, or related field 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Strong passion for talent acquisition and willingness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus Previous internship or academic projects related to HR/recruitment are advantageous
