Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job role requirements.
Create and post job openings across platforms to attract quality talent.
Maintain candidate database and manage the recruitment pipeline.
Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Organize and schedule internal training sessions in coordination with team leads.
Prepare training materials and track completion and feedback.
Maintain recruitment and training reports for HR records and audits.
Support employee engagement initiatives and basic HR functions as needed.
