Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical fit and communication skills.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, job specifications, and role expectations.
Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and ensure positive candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source efficiency, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in
IT recruitment or technical hiring
.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends.
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets within timelines.
