Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, references, and recruitment drives.
Evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in
Non-IT recruitment
(experience in architecture/engineering/construction industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals/ATS tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
