Talent Acquisition Executive (Non-IT)

to handle end-to-end recruitment for diverse business roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced hiring, has strong sourcing skills, and can consistently close positions within timelines while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple non-IT roles across departments Source quality candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination Ensure timely closures and achievement of monthly hiring targets Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of hands-on experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and sourcing strategies Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Hands-on experience with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field
