  • As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
  • You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. Y
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of the company's culture and hiring needs.
Qualifications:-
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of technologies (Java, Testing, SAP, UI, DevOps, SAP ABAP, SAP CPI, SAP Testing)
  • Understanding of database management
  • Hands-orients on job portals(Naukri, Linkedin)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skills :- End to end recruitment, technologies, boolean string, interview prepping, negotiation, candidate relationship
