Qualifications:-
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong understanding of technologies (Java, Testing, SAP, UI, DevOps, SAP ABAP, SAP CPI, SAP Testing)
Understanding of database management
Hands-orients on job portals(Naukri, Linkedin)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skills :- End to end recruitment, technologies, boolean string, interview prepping, negotiation, candidate relationship
