Experience:- 1 yrs in IT hand on exp, 40% on contract hiring

• Contract IT Recruiter: Source, screen, and engage IT talent for contractual positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Negotiate contract terms and facilitate the hiring process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to stakeholders..
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote the organization's values and opportunities.
