Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The role primarily focuses on end-to-end recruitment. Over time, based on business requirements, the individual will also get exposure to HR Operations activities, making this an excellent opportunity to grow into a well-rounded HR professional.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding.
  • Preferably experienced in technical recruitment and working experience with corporates/In house recruitment.
  • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Manage candidate databases and ensure timely communication and feedback.
  • Organize and manage walk-in drives including coordination, scheduling, and candidate management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment programs including pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Experienced in Working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards for reporting.
  • Future scope: Contribute to HR Operations such as onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, HRIS, and other people processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Technical hiring experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, other job boards etc.).
  • Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible and eager to expand into HR Operations responsibilities over the time.
Education Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in HR, Business Administration
