We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our expanding team and help us attract and hire the best talent for our Food & Beverage operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, recruitment, and the F&B industry.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and industry events.
• Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS and HR databases.
• Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring practices.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support additional HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration when needed.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Food & Beverage or blue-collar hiring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HR software tools.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
