  • Skilled in interview scheduling to coordinate and arrange interviews seamlessly among candidates and the hiring team.
  • Capable of managing talent pipelines by maintaining relationships with potential candidates and encouraging future collaboration.
  • Experienced in job offer negotiation, ensuring fair and attractive employment agreements are reached for all parties involved.
  • Ability to develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent and promote Podar Education Network as an employer of choice.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of job requirements and create detailed job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to compile a diverse and high-quality candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and perform pre-screening processes to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Facilitate the interview process with management teams and provide support while ensuring efficient and timely communication.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions to leverage additional sourcing pipelines when necessary.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring the quality and relevance of candidate information.
  • Continuously contribute to the development and enhancement of Podar's employer brand through marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
