Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced

Talent Acquisition & Technical Recruiter

with strong exposure to

Singapore visa processing and contract staffing

. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for

technology and consulting roles

, including

permanent and contract positions

, while ensuring compliance with

Singapore MOM regulations

.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

for permanent and contract roles. Source, screen, and close candidates for

technical and niche positions

, including: Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET, Full Stack) Cloud & DevOps Engineers Data Engineers, Data Scientists ERP / HCM / WFM Consultants (SAP, Oracle, Workday, UKG, Dynamics, etc.) Act as a recruitment partner to

hiring managers and delivery teams

. Manage

contract staffing requirements

, including rate negotiation, availability tracking, and contract extensions. Perform

technical and behavioral screening

of candidates. Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Contract Staffing Responsibilities



Manage

contract hiring models

(short-term, long-term, project-based). Handle contractor onboarding, documentation, and extensions. Coordinate with finance and payroll teams for

billing, timesheets, and invoicing

. Work with external vendors and staffing partners when required. Maintain a strong

bench and talent pipeline

for recurring contract needs.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with

IT consulting or staffing firms

. Exposure to

APAC or regional hiring

. Familiarity with

rate cards, margins, and vendor management

. Knowledge of

Singapore payroll and onboarding processes

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



4-8 years of experience in

technical recruitment / talent acquisition

. Strong hands-on experience with

Singapore visa processing (EP, S Pass)

. Proven experience in

contract staffing and permanent hiring

. Good understanding of

IT technologies and consulting roles

. Experience using

LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job portals

. Excellent stakeholder, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage

multiple requisitions in parallel

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?37,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
