We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers, source candidates, and help build a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing to onboarding support).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Assist in employer branding and talent outreach activities.
Manage follow-ups, feedback collection, and offer coordination.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of hiring processes and recruitment tools.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle timelines.
Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience
