Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?22,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year

Preferred Candidate: Male (Bulk Hiring Experience Preferred)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in core and bulk hiring. You'll play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent for diverse business domains while ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. ? Manage bulk and lateral hiring efficiently within deadlines. ? Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and priorities. ? Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms. ? Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reports. ? Ensure a positive candidate experience from interview to onboarding. ? Support HR operational tasks and documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Minimum 6 months of experience in core recruitment or HR generalist role. ? Proven track record in bulk hiring for fast-paced roles. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. ? Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and sourcing techniques. ? Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting. ? Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently.
