Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for
creative professionals
such as Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Video Editors, Social Media Executives, Campaign Strategists, Brand Strategists, Content Strategists, Social Media Experts, etc.
Manage hiring for
other Non-IT professionals
across Sales, Finance, and HR domains.
Perform strong candidate screening through
telephonic screenings
of 20-25 profiles per day.
Schedule and coordinate
4-5 interviews daily
across various interview stages with the interviewers.
Manage
job postings and repostings
on multiple platforms, including LinkedIn Job Posting, LinkedIn Feed Job Posting, and Indeed Job Posting, handling 5-6 job postings simultaneously.
Proactively
source and poach candidates
using LinkedIn proficiency.
Maintain accurate and updated
candidate and interview data
in Google Spreadsheets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting
creative professionals
as well as other
Non-IT roles
(Sales, Finance, HR).
Strong expertise in
screening candidates
through telephonic interviews and shortlisting them for the next stages.
Ability to
schedule and manage multiple interviews
on a daily basis.
Hands-on experience in
job postings
across LinkedIn and Indeed, with the capability to manage multiple postings at the same time.
Proficiency in
LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement
.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured
data tracking in Google Spreadsheets
.
Excellent
communication skills
to interact with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
