Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Source and screen resumes through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.)

? Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

? Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions

? Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS like JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn)

? Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit

? Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires

? Provide administrative support to the recruitment team

? Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring

process



Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

? 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition

? Strong communication and organizational skills

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Passion for recruitment and people operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
