Job Description

Key Responsibilities:




Source and screen resumes through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.)


Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates


Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions


Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS like JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn)


Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit


Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires


Provide administrative support to the recruitment team


Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring

process



Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition


Strong communication and organizational skills


Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Passion for recruitment and people operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
