Develop and implement recruitment strategies, create job descriptions, post openings, and source candidates across various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
Review applications, conduct phone/video/in-person interviews, use assessments, and provide qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
