About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisitionwho will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding suitable candidates across various roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to work with targets, and a passion for recruitment and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure joining Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines
