Ensure adherence to

Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for current and future requirements.
Share regular
recruitment status reports
with internal teams.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives when required.
# Qualification & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.
MBA in HR or equivalent specialization
will be preferred.
Prior experience in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of
recruitment processes and HR best practices
Good
communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage
multiple hiring requirements

Proficiency in
