Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive/ Talent Acquisition Intern (IT Recruitment Exp mandatory)

Location: Pune

Experience: 6 months to 4 Years

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Talent acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should haveat least 6 months relevant experience in Talent acquisition and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
? Conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
? Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
? Posting job openings on various platforms and utilizing social media and professional networks to attract top talent.
? Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting pre-employment assessments, and coordinatinginterviews.
? Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate recruitment records in our HRIS. ? Negotiating job offers and facilitating the on boarding process for new hires. ? Assisting with other HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HRprojects as and when needed.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or BE MBA graduates
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment particulary IT recruitment experience in a corporate or agencysetting.
? Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for various positions.
? Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
? Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
? Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities. ? Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.
